Ying Sa is the CEO and the lead CPA at Community CPA & Associates Inc in Des Moines, Iowa. The firm provides tax / accounting services and business consultations to businesses and individuals across the US and Canada. Prior to founding her own CPA firm, Ying was the Vice President of Controllers at Wells Fargo Financial, responsible for audited financial statements, accounting and regulatory reporting for all Wells Fargo businesses in Canada as well as the accounting and reporting for US businesses. As one of the most respected minority business leaders at Wells Fargo Financial and in the Des Moines community, she has been a manager, mentor and coach to many aspiring Asian Americans.
