Dennis Naughton currently practices law in Marion, Iowa, focusing on business and tax planning and representing entrepreneurial start-ups. Currently, he is president of wastenotIOWA Corporation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the study and promotion of technology solutions to landfills. Also, he serves as CEO and President of Enviroplasma, Inc., a subsidiary of wastenotIOWA, providing consulting services in the development of plasma arc based waste-to-energy projects. Between 2001 and 2003, he served as Associate Director of the Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center, University of Iowa. He has taught entrepreneurship courses at University of Northern Iowa, Coe College, Wirtschaftsuniversitaet Wien, Vienna, Austria, and Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Budapest, Hungary. Before that he served between 1993 -1997 as CEO of TBTT International, Ltd., an Iowa based restaurant chain with subsidiaries in Austria and Czech Republic, 1997-1998 as CEO & Managing Director of U.S. Auto, s.r.o., a European General Motors distributorship based in Czech Republic, and during 2003 as C.O.O. of X-wires Communications, L.L.C., and Iowa City wireless internet firm. He has a J.D. and B.A. from Creighton University.

B.J. Do is Co-Founder and President of ABC Virtual Communications. He has 20 years of experience in the software industry and a reputation for effectively delivering large-scale projects for Fortune 500 companies.
B.J. began his career at Rockwell International, where he designed and implemented monitoring hardware and software, and quality control for locomotive and avionic systems. After leaving Rockwell International, B.J. consulted for Cap-Gemini/E&Y, where he was responsible for a wide-range of software solutions from PCs to mainframes for very large customers. This experience prepared B.J. to take on the roles of Systems Engineering and Database Manager at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. While there, he directed a highly skilled team of Architects, Systems/Internet/Database Engineers and was responsible for systems and Internet software development supporting home loans originations and servicing.

Raj Inani is the Owner\President of the Cedar Rapids, Iowa based software consulting company, Infinite Computing Systems, Inc. Starting locally from modest beginnings in 1997, Infinite's current operations span globally with locations in Bangkok - Thailand, Singapore and Mumbai - India. Raj is working to expand the Software Project Division to leverage offshore capabilities to assist his customers in dynamic industries. Being a firm believer in giving back to the community via job creation and including all levels of stakeholders in wealth creation, Raj maintains close ties professionally and personally within the community. His technical background and ability to create win win situations during deals are powering Infinite's business to new levels both nationally and globally.

Pankaj founded Channel Fusion in 2003 along with The Omnicom Group (OMC), one of the world's most successful strategic holding companies managing a portfolio of global market leaders in over 100 countries and servicing over 5,000 worldwide clients. Channel Fusion is an integrated channel marketing company that works exclusively in providing marketing support on behalf of manufacturers and service providers to dealer networks for large clients that sell their products through a dealer/distribution channel. Pankaj is actively involved in all phases of Channel Fusion client accounts from strategic insights to tactical execution, working with industry leaders like Deere & Company, Michelin and Microsoft. He has led the development of a best in class online trade promotion management system, accentuating value exchange with clients and their channel and augmenting channel relationships. Prior to starting Channel Fusion, Pankaj was the V.P. of Information Systems for the channel marketing division of CMF&Z where he worked with such industry leaders as Square D, BMW of North America and Bombardier Skidoo(R) and Seadoo(R). Pankaj has over 15 years of experience in the channel marketing industry, working with many complex co-op and trade channel marketing programs over a multitude of industries. Born and raised in Chandigarh India, Pankaj was recruited as a nationally ranked junior to play NCAA tennis for Southwest Baptist, where he graduated with a BS in Information Systems and all academic honors. He passionately enjoys spending time with he wife Addy and son Pranay, as well as playing golf and tennis.
