Lori Day has 20 years of varied business leadership, management, coaching and consulting experience. During her career, she's held executive and officer positions in marketing, sales and service in three multi-billion dollar companies. She has also worked with other organizations--including many entrepreneurs--always focused on business growth.

Lori's built high performance leaders, teams and results in many industries and applications including financial services, insurance, manufacturing, publishing, mortgage, service centers, distribution, inside and outside sales. Her work with entrepreneurs and Fortune 500 corporations creates "Wow" customer experiences. Over 6000 people have been trained in Lori's Professional Business Communication Program, consistently receiving the highest marks.

Recently Lori was selected to lead a career center for Maytag/Whirlpool—the largest career transition center in the U.S. with the most comprehensive services, including traditional employment, life options, education and entrepreneurship.

While at The Principal Financial Group, Lori's focus was client sales and service. She designed and led the company's first direct marketing, Internet, inside sales and service center—with impressive results. She was selected for a premier executive assignment working directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives, followed by leading a new function—Global Customer Relations.
